This CV boot kit, part number 251 598 201, is for rear axle of every 68-91 Transporter & Vanagon.
We were seeing problems with random failure of all of the common aftermarket brands of boots, so went searching and found Rockford, which is made of thick, high quality rubber and is more durable.
