Shipping FAQ:


How much is the shipping?
Buslab charges you the actual shipping charge as calculated by the carrier directly. On some large or odd-shaped items there may be an additional fee for the time and materials to package it well, which will be noted on the item's page. When possible, due to an item being small, we may be able to ship it cheaper and will contact you to give you the choice. 

How long does it take?

All orders received Monday-Friday by 3:00pm PST ship that day! How long it takes after that depends on where you are and which shipping method you choose. Standard UPS ground shipping (see image below) can take from 1-7 days and does not have Saturday delivery. USPS has Saturday delivery, but does not guarantee a time frame.


Do you ship outside of the US?
Absolutely! We will ship anywhere in the US states and territories as well as (almost) wherever you are in the world!

What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
Our system shouldn't have let the order go through,
however if this does happen we will contact you as soon as we attempt to fill the order.

Can I track my order?
You can. When your items ship, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order does not arrive within 24 hours of the set delivery time, please email us at parts@buslab.com and will will find out the status of your order and contact you.

Returns FAQ:


What can I return?
You may return a new and unused product in it's original, undamaged packaging for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, for up to 30 days from date of invoice. Returns over 30 days and less than 60 days will be charged a 10% restocking fee and exclude shipping and handling. Returns from 60 days to 12 months are charged a 15% restocking fee and exclude shipping and handling, and you will be given a credit to use on future orders instead of a refund. Items over 12 months old are not returnable.

There are no returns allowed on special order, custom, or electrical and electronic parts. 


What about shipping charges?
In the event of a return, exchange, or warranty issue, all shipping charges to and from Buslab are the responsibility of the customer. The warranty of a part is for the part only and does not include shipping. The parts sent to us must be packaged well and insured, as we are not responsible for damage during shipping. The only time we will cover shipping back to us is if we sent you a part you didn't order, or if it is damaged upon arrival.

How do I do a return?

To do a return for any reason, you must get a return authorization number. Click Here To Get Your Return Authorization Number. Please write this number on the outside of the box before you ship it to us.
