This CV bolt, part number N 91108201, is used to secure the CV joint and boot to the transaxle drive flange or stub axle on the rear axle of every Vanagon. It fits 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1992 models.
The XZN head, is also called 12 point socket head, or triple square, is vastly superior to hex socket head bolts. Get the socket that works with these to save yourself time in rounded bolts. These come standard in our CV boot kits.
