This alternative vacuum servo, part number BLP 711 822, controls the diff lock or decoupler when the control knobs below the radio are used on 86-92 Vanagon Syncro models with locking differential.

This vacuum actuator is made by the OEM to VW, and we modify it for use for the Syncro application. Unlike the original unit there are two notches where the roll pin could fit, use the notch that's closer to the body of the unit for correct operation.
