This complete CV kit, part number BLOFFROADCVJOINTPACKAGE, contains all the same parts and hardware we use here in the shop for a lifted or off-road Vanagon- Porsche 944 CV joints, off-road/lifted CV boots, grease, the correct CV bolts and schnorr serrated washers. For the stock Vanagon CV kit, see item BLCVJOINTPACKAGE. It fits 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1992 models.

Installation note:
Put the flanges in to the large end of the boot before installing the bolts. We supply thin metal zip ties to secure the boot on the flange due to tight clearances. Be sure to fit the clasp of the zip tie between the bolt holes of the flange so it doesn't interfere with bolts. The bolts fit snugly against the zip tie, you may need to put the washers in place before pushing the bolts through the flanges. Due to the thickness of the the flange there is no need to reuse your cv spacer plates.
