This check valve, part number 251 611 929G, is plumbed between the intake plenum and the booster vacuum line that goes throughout the firewall and under the chassis. Fits every Vanagon except diesel. It fits 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1992 models.
