Description   This official VW brake pad backing plate, part number 211 615 232A, is for the right (passenger) side pad of each girling style caliper on the front of an 80-85 Vanagon. One of these and one left backing plate are used in each caliper. These are important to reduce braking noise. It fits 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984 and 1985 models. 1 needed per caliper - 2 total
