Description   This stainless steel coolant junction, part number 251 121 438SS, is fastened ahead of the firewall on the passenger (right) side of the engine compartment. It is a direct replacement for the 2wd manual coolant junction up to Vin H-022 957, however this part can be adapted to fit every other 86-92 2WD Vanagon 2.1L waterboxer cooling system. If you are replacing the 86 2wd automatic junction you will also need a pipe to junction hose to supply your automatic cooler. If you are replacing the 86-92 junction you will also need a head to junction hose to connect the right cylinder head. It fits 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1992 models. 1 needed
